THOMAS J. STEFANSKI
Has over thirty years of experience practicing immigration law. He has experience is in all aspects of immigration law, including non-immigrant visa applications, employment based applications (labor certification/perm), family based applications, adjustment of status, asylum, deportation hearings, appellate review, and Federal Court litigation. He has been admitted to the United States Supreme Court, all California State Courts, as well as U.S. Courts including the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, CA Central District Court, CA Eastern District Court and CA Southern District Court. He is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has personally appeared at over eighteen Embassies/consulates worldwide on behalf of his clients.PRACTICE AREAS: Immigration Law; Appellate Practice.
TOM D. MYUNG
Serves as an associate member of the immigration law team. Mr. Myung obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1991 from the American College of Law in Orange County, where he was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence. He has over ten years of experience practicing in all aspects of immigration law. He brings valuable experience representing clients before the USCIS, the Immigration Court, as well as appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals. He has successfully represented clients in removal hearings with diverse applications including asylum, withholding of removal, cancellation of removal, I-751 waivers, 212(h) waiver, and 237(a)(1)(H) waiver. Mr. Myung is fluent in Korean and English. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”), and is admitted to practice law in California.PRACTICE AREAS: Immigration Law; Appellate Practice.
